POSITIONSUMMARY

ThisleadershippositioninUSG’sGlobalLogisticsdepartmentisresponsibleformanagingSalesandOperationsPlanning(S&OP)andanalyticalsupportforassignedproductfamiliestoidentifyanddrivedemand-supplybalancing issuestoresolution.Scopecoversmultiplebusinesses,products,and/orkeyrawmaterialscoveringmultipleplants,productfamilies/linesofbusiness,itemstoensureUSG’ssupplynetworksatisfiescustomerdemandatthelowestoptimalcost.

KEYACCOUNTABILITIESANDRESPONSIBILITIES

  • Leadmonthlyplanningmeetings,presentplansandrecommendationstocrossfunctionalseniormanagementteam,includingtranslatingoperatingplansintostrategicoperatingdiscussions.

  • Leadcomplexcross-functionalsupplychainprojectsandinitiatives,andeffortstoanalyzeandresolveadhocoperationalproblems.

  • Developandexecutesupplychainandfunctionalstrategiestosupportbusinessplansandcorporatestrategies.

  • Createmonthlyandannualsupplyplansandscenariostomeetforecasteddemandforcomplexproductfamilies.

  • Incorporatebusinessunitplans,productstrategy,networkoptimizationchanges,newproductrollouts,andothersupplychaininitiativesintotheplanningprocess.

  • Manage,prioritize,andcoordinatedaytodayactivities,training,performanceassessment,coaching,anddevelopmentforteamofdirectreports.

  • Deliverimplementationofprocessimprovements,systemenhancements,andautomationopportunities.Driveprocessefficienciesacrossfunctions.

  • CollaboratewithITpartnerstoprovidebusinessleadershipandexecutionforOracleERP,legacysoftwaretransitioning,businessintelligencedevelopment,andtechnologyroadmaps.
