Position Description: -Reconciling production between the Access database and Oracle -Entering of production into Production Information Database (PID) -Review inventory levels and perform inventory adjustments as needed -Handling employee sales, miscellaneous plant sales, and cash collections -Completing month end production and inventory closing activities -Perform other general financial work as needed to support plant operations, including but not limited to, accounts payable, general bookkeeping, financial documentation filing & maintenance, inventory, payroll, and other duties as assigned.
This position will also be the primary back-up for accounts payable and will be required to cross-train in non-financial administrative functions.
_Education_ Bachelors degree preferred
_Required Skills_ Strong organizational and communication skills Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Strong mathematical and statistical analysis skills Must be detail-orientated and self-motivated
_Preferred Skills_ Experience with Oracle Accounting background/experience Previous/current LSS team experience, a plus
